In the CILENTO NATIONAL PARK, on a hill just a minute’s drive from CASAL VELINO MARINA, 5 kilometers from the ancient VELIA (ARCHAEOLOGICAL AREA), we present the “ATTIC HOUSE.” This apartment is a 90 sqm attic consisting of three bedrooms, a large modular kitchen, a dining room, a terrace, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The attic has two regular side windows, two dormer windows (roof windows), and an 8 sqm terrace with 1.40-meter high railings and a sea view. To access the attic, you need to climb to the second floor of a villa using a convenient internal staircase. The attic is equipped with a washing machine, oven, hairdryer, fridge with freezer, and air conditioning in the living area.
